Dr. Herb Williams, Optometrist

Dr. Williams began his practice in downtown Greenville in 1974. He moved to his present location at 5200 Wesley Street in 1993. For more than 30 years, he has been trusted by area residents to provide excellent vision care that puts patients' needs first. In 1992, he completed 91 hours of continuing education through the University of Houston School of Optometry and passed the Therapeutic Management of Ocular Disease given by the National Board of Optometry. As a Therapeutic Optometrist, Dr. Williams can treat and manage certain eye diseases and injuries. Texas Optical Center has the perfect blend of experience and technology.
Dr. Williams and his staff are dedicated to serving the community with quality vision care. Every decision and action is aimed toward this goal. He and his staff believe that their patients are their friends and place great importance on treating them with courtesy, care and respect.

Linda

Linda is the Office Administrator. She has worked for Texas Optical Center for 20 years.

Mary

Mary has worked at Texas Optical Center for more than 16 years. She is a registered optician and has worked in the optical field for over 38 years. Come in and let Mary help you with all your glasses needs. Frame styling is just one of her specialities.

Melinda

Melinda is the assistant to Dr. Williams. She has worked for Texas Optical Center for more than 10 years.

Cassie

Cassie is the contact lens tech. She has been with Texas Optical Center for 4 years and can help you with all your contact lens questions and needs.

Darrell

Darrell is an optician and has been in eyecare for 30 plus years.

Angela

Angela is the receptionist.  She has been with our office for a year.   She will help you make an appointment and answer any questions about your insurance.
